? What You’ll Do

• Review and assess
  - generated content, including profiles, audio, video, and text
• Investigate, escalate, and resolve
  - related issues flagged by users or systems
• Apply client policies objectively and consistently
• Help improve online experiences while contributing to a safer digital community

Note: Due to the nature of the role, exposure to flashing lights or
- contrast visuals may occur.

✅ What You Bring

• Slovenian: C1 level or above
• English: B2 level or above
• Strong emotional resilience and
  - management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking
• Ability to work objectively, without personal bias
• Passion for the internet, digital platforms, and online culture
• Cultural awareness of political and social topics relevant to the supported market
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
• Experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus
