Position Summary
We’re looking for a Content Steward Specialist to join our IMS Content Services team in Lisbon. This person will be is tasked with supporting the adoption and use of Nestlé global digital asset management tools, ensuring best practices are in place, high levels of data and content quality.

Working with our IMS Content Services global team and directly with our Global Content Librarian team, the e
Content Management Specialist's scope of work includes:
• Act as Single Point of Contact for the assigned internal partner;
• Identifying and rectifying gaps in the current Content Asset Management model;
• Provide support and guidance for content library management;
• Support on
- user engagement, content marketing workflows, collecting data, analyzing trends and providing actionable insights regarding content library management;
• Assist with
- user support queries;
• Responsible for delivering trainings on everything regarding content asset management.

What will make you successful
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail in previous projects and experiences;
• Good understanding of marketing workflows and data (e. g. : Taxonomy, naming conventions, etc);
• Excellent understanding of digital asset management best practices;
• Meeting deliverable requirements, service level measures and specific targets;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Development and implementation of processes and best practices;
• Strong training and presentation skills;
• Solid planning and project management skills;
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle various projects simultaneously.
