Job Overview
We are looking for a
Content
Team Lead & Website Product Ownerto lead our content and design teams andtake full ownership of our corporate website. This role combines leadership, product ownership, and
- functional collaboration to ensure the website delivers exceptional user experience, supports business goals, and evolves with digital trends.
You will manage a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with internal stakeholders—including Marketing, Group Brand & Communications, Sales, HR, IT, and Legal—to define and execute the website strategy. You will also oversee our external digital agency to ensure
- quality delivery.
A key part of this role involves overseeing content creation, publishing, and governance across multiple channels. You will manage a high volume of content within the CMS, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines. Experience with CMS platforms is essential. Strong project management skills arerequiredto coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a
- functional team of copywriters, SEO & content managers, anddesigners.
Foster collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the team.
Ensure alignment between team outputs and strategic goals acrosswebsite, campaigns, and communications.
Website Product Management
Own and evolve the website strategy and product roadmap in alignment with businessobjectivesand user needs.
Act as Product Owner in an agile setup: manage the backlog, prioritize features, and ensuretimelydelivery.
Manage the external digital agency, including briefing, coordination, and quality assurance.
Ensure technical scalability, security, and compliance in partnership with IT and vendors.
Drive UX and performance improvements through
- driven insights, A/B testing, and user feedback.
Stay current with digital trends and technologies to continuously improve the platform.
Content Management
Own andmaintainthe content diary and content backlog, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content across channels.
Ensure all content and design adhere to

- voice guidelines, brand standards, and legal requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather content requirements and ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and brand goals.
Monitor andoptimizecontent performance using analytics tools and KPIs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ yearsofexperience inwebsite managementordigital product ownership—ideallyin a B2B or corporate environment.
Proven experience inpeople management andworkingwithagile teams.
Strong understanding of web technologies, UX/UI principles, SEO, and analytics tools.
Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution capabilities.
Strong project management skills, including experience managing timelines, resources, and cross‑functional teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Extensive experience with CMS platforms and content governance.
Degree in business, marketing, communications, digital media, computer science, ora relatedfield.
Proficiencyin English (written and verbal); German, Spanish, or Chinese language skills are a plus.
