In partnership with our client, a
- leading SSC, Randstad is currently recruiting for a Contingent Workforce Officer position.

Are you
- oriented, organized, and experienced in administrative tasks?

Join our team and play a key role in managing contingent workforce contracts and documentation.

responsabilidades chave

Draft and manage contingent workforce contracts/documentation in line with existing vendor/location agreements.

Ensure accurate data entry into our HR system (SAP Success
Factors).

Archive all relevant documents in contractor files and SAP.

Provide daily support to our Contingent Workforce Officers.

Maintain updated and compliant records, including contracts and required documentation.

competências

Proven experience in administrative work (mandatory).

Working knowledge of Primavera system (mandatory).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power
Point, Forms).

Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

German fluency is a plus.

Experience with SAP Success
Factors and/or vendor management is a plus, but not mandatory.
