Bravemind is partnering with one of Portugal’s leading companies specializing in innovative solutions for fleet management and vehicle inspections. This dynamic organization is committed to operational excellence and continuous improvement across its processes and customer journey.

We are now looking for a Junior Project Analyst to support initiatives in continuous improvement and operational efficiency, applying methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma to drive measurable impact.

Your Mission

In this role, you will support the development and implementation of improvement projects across different business areas, with a strong focus on process optimization, efficiency gains, and customer experience enhancement. You will collaborate closely with teams to analyze workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose practical solutions that contribute to sustainable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives in operational and industrial contexts.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to identify inefficiencies and propose
  - driven improvements.
• Gather and analyze process metrics, KPIs, and client feedback to support
  - making.
• Assist in coordinating project timelines and ensuring deliverables are met.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations, translating technical findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in an industrial or operational environment.
• Knowledge or certification in Lean, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and correlate data.
• Solid organizational and
  - management skills.
• Problem-solving and
  - thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
