A global services is seeking a Continuous Improvement Global Projects Lead to strengthen its operations in Porto.

- performing team, delivering global transformation projects, and supporting future transitions into the Shared Services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project managers and CI professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Set clear objectives, provide feedback, and promote professional growth.
- Lead and coordinate global project management activities, ensuring effective task allocation and delivery.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure
- quality, timely outcomes. - Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
Process Improvement
- Diagnose
- specific and
- border process challenges. - Identify opportunities, design solutions, and prioritize initiatives to improve efficiency.
- Conduct root cause analyses and deliver actionable recommendations.
Solution Design
- Facilitate workshops with
- functional teams to drive solution design and action planning.
Strategic Initiatives
- Support the development of global business services strategy by prioritizing impactful projects.
- Contribute to projects focused on legal entity streamlining, service quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure
- functional collaboration and alignment with senior stakeholders. - Drive additional initiatives to maximize the impact of Continuous Improvement programs.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Skills
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project management.
- Proven track record in managing and developing teams.
- Strong exposure to process optimization, value stream mapping, and CI/Lean practices (Green/Black Belt preferred).
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders (C-suite level).
- Experience working in multinational environments, ideally in finance or shared services.

- making skills. - Advanced English; (French or German is a plus)
- International exposure and willingness to travel occasionally.
- Background in engineering, management, or related fields from reputable institutions is desirable.
- Familiarity with finance processes, Lean tools, Power BI, Smart
Sheet, and SAP environments is an advantage.
