Aim of the role;Lead and support
- functional projects, using Lean and project management methodologies to enhance efficiency, standardization, and innovation. Key Responsibilities:Manage

- end projects: from task coordination to progress tracking and stakeholder engagement
Apply Lean tools to identify root causes and drive solution implementation
Analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights
Ensure clear communication and alignment among diverse stakeholders
Support internal initiatives for team communication, innovation, and knowledge sharing
Requirements
Master’s degree in business, engineering, or project management3+ years in project management or continuous improvement roles
Proficiency with Lean tools (Green Belt or above is a plus)Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Comfortable with tools like Power BI, Power Query, Smart
Sheet, and Share
Point
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Experience in multinational environments
Available for occasional international travel
Nice to have a familiarity with Finance or Shared Service operations
Basic understanding of SAP ECC or S/4HANAFluent in English, other languages are a plus
