This role is fundamental to identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement projects that result in efficiency gains, cost reduction, and improved service quality. - end Continuous Improvement (C-Imp) projects, applying the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). * Lean Six Sigma Application: Apply Lean tools and principles (e. g. , Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management) and Six Sigma principles (statistics and variance analysis) to optimize internal processes. * Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret process performance data to identify the root cause of problems and quantify the impact of proposed solutions. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department leaders and
