The Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. This role is fundamental to identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvement projects that result in efficiency gains, cost reduction, and improved service quality. - end Continuous Improvement (C-Imp) projects, applying the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). * Lean Six Sigma Application: Apply Lean tools and principles (e. g. , Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Visual Management) and Six Sigma principles (statistics and variance analysis) to optimize internal processes. * Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret process performance data to identify the root cause of problems and quantify the impact of proposed solutions. * Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department leaders and
