What You'll do
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, ITIL best practices, and contractual commitments;
- Lead improvement programs and transformation initiatives across complex,
- stakeholder environments; - Analyze service performance (KPIs/SLAs), identify improvement opportunities, and orchestrate corrective and preventive actions;
- Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance assessments to enhance service efficiency and quality;
- Facilitate workshops, improvement sessions, and
- functional collaboration to promote a culture of innovation and accountability; - Partner with international stakeholders and
- vendor teams to ensure alignment and effective delivery of enhancement initiatives; - Provide guidance on best practices for continual improvement and contribute to strategic service delivery planning;
- Monitor progress of improvement initiatives and report outcomes, ensuring measurable value and business impact;
- Hybrid Work Model.
What You Are
- 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence, or similar roles;
- Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, especially the Continual Improvement model;
- Proven track record managing improvement or transformation programs in complex organizations;
- Excellent analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Strong communication and influencing abilities across all organizational levels;
- Experience with KPI/SLA analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis tools;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken), with frequent interaction with international teams;
- Desirable: ITIL v4 Managing Professional or equivalent certification; Experience with continuous improvement methodologies; SAFe knowledge or certification; Familiarity with ITSM tools; Background in global or
- vendor service delivery environments.
