We are seeking a highly organized and
- oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the contract compliance and respective registration within ERP(SAP). You will collaborate closely with multiple departments, such as: the sales team, legal department, order management and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of all contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Your mission will be…
- Collaborate with the sales team to review and understand customer requirements and contract terms;
- Prepare and review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements;
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle, create reports, and initiate actions in case of deviations;
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as finance and operations, to ensure timely invoicing and delivery of goods or services as per contract terms;
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team regarding
- related matters; - Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to optimize the contract administration process.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role;
- Strong understanding of contract management principles;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy;
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple contracts and tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with
- functional teams; - Strong
- solving and analytical skills; - Work on a team environment, presentation skills, familiar with presentations to stakeholders;
- Fluent writting and speaking, in Spanish and English (both languages mandatory).
