Nokia is seeking a motivated and
- oriented individual to join our team as a Supplier Contract Manager Trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in contract management and procurement processes while contributing to Nokia's operational excellence. The trainee will support procurement and supplier management activities, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and legal standards.
Position: Internship | Duration: 12 months | Start date: January 2026 | Location: Hybrid in Carnaxide, Portugal
Education Recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Management / Business Administration; Law; International Relations; Public Administration.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Support the drafting, set up, negotiation, escalation, and management of contract signatures, as well as storing and archiving contracts in compliance with Nokia's internal guidelines and processes.
- Collaborate closely with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Assist the procurement team in managing claims and resolving disputes effectively.
- Ensure the availability of adequate contract templates tailored to relevant business models and categories.
- Review and assess existing agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
Key Skills And Experience
You have
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with
- functional teams, including Legal and Compliance. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
It would be nice if you also had
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in contract management tools and systems is a plus.
- Interest in procurement and supplier management processes.
