Responsibilities

• Architect and implement
  -
  - end CLM solutions with an initial focus on Sales CLM
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant technical architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT to define solution needs
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints and integration strategies
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams and implementation partners
• Ensure adherence to best practices in CLM design, integration, data governance, and security
• Evaluate and recommend CLM platforms and tools, ensuring integration with CRM, ERP and document management systems, and stay current on CLM, contract digitisation and legal tech

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
• 5+ years’ experience in enterprise or solution architecture with a focus on CLM or related domains
• Hands‑on experience with CLM platforms (e. g. , Docu
  Sign CLM, Icertis, Conga, Agiloft, Salesforce RCA)
• Solid understanding of contract processes, legal and compliance requirements, and digital transformation in commercial operations
• Experience with system integration, data modelling and workflow automation; familiarity with Salesforce architecture and integrations is a plus
• Experience with Dev
  Ops tooling (e. g. , Azure Dev
  Ops, Git) supporting design and delivery
• Ability to design scalable, performance‑oriented solutions aligned with business needs

The position can be based in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, or in Porto, Portugal.
