Our Contract Management & Procurement Department within the Operations and Services Division is looking for a Contract Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects across various energies and geographies, supporting the project team on contractual and legal aspects. Responsibilities include:

1. Drafting contracts and amendments, and improving contract templates
2. Identifying and optimizing the contract's commercial leverage
3. Preparing contract summaries for management
4. Analyzing and negotiating supplier contracts
5. Enhancing subcontract templates and purchasing terms
6. Supporting procurement and construction teams in negotiations
7. Assessing risks and opportunities
8. Managing changes, variations, and claims in EPC and O&M contracts
9. Managing contract documentation and communications
10. Implementing and monitoring contractual processes and project performance indicators
11. Informing the team on main contract risks and raising contract awareness

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Master’s degree or degree in Law or Engineering
2. At least 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager supporting EPC projects
3. Knowledge of renewable energies and energy sector regulation is a plus
4. Experience in multinational companies is appreciated
5. Excellent legal drafting skills
6. Understanding of corporate taxation and project lifecycle methods
7. English language proficiency
8. Availability for national and international travel
