YOUR ROLE: We are looking for motivated Consultants with experience in PMO to join our teams in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Governance Meetings - Preparation and organisation of meetings, decks, minutes, review and distribution of materials.
• Budget consolidation (revenues & costs), and updates in dedicated financial systems.
• Analysis and presentation of key data points, reports and dashboards on financial performance for relevant meetings, committees and reviews.
• Support for timely communication to stakeholders.
• Resource allocation and time tracking management.

Qualifications

• MS Office expertise, especially Excel and Power
  Point.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, empathy.
• Attentive, reliable, responsible and resilient.
• Proactive and results oriented.
• Willing to learn and accept new challenges.
