- solving. What Youll Do - Managing and overseeing
- related activities to ensure compliance and mitigate risks, by driving compliance with related corporate policies and creating awareness to the business team.

- Collaborate with
- functional teams, including legal, procurement, and business stakeholders, to draft and review
- complexity contract documents while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency. What You Bring Background Experience -Experience in contract management or procurement.

-Previous exposure to the resources industry (highly valued).

-Familiarity with technology or Business Process Management Services (BPMS) is a plus.

-Academic background in advocacy, law, solicitor studies, or equivalent is desirable. Technical Skills -Ability to draft and analyze
- complexity contracts.

-Strong documentation and repository management capabilities. Soft Skills -Excellent communication, able to simplify legal concepts for
- legal audiences.

-Analytical, critical thinker with strong organizational skills.

-Good time management with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

-Resilient, adaptable, and collaborative.
