The Contract Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing contract data accuracy and compliance, coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to support seamless processes. This position requires a
- driven and
- oriented professional with experience in managing complex contracts, ensuring that all processes adhere to internal and external standards while contributing to efficient,
- quality operations.
The job involves:
- Contract Drafting & Management – Review client framework agreements and prepare tailored contract templates. Manage contract workflow in Emagine’s internal system.
- Contract Administration – Send out contracts and agreements daily, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Contract Updates & Adjustments – Correct, update, and adapt agreements and templates as needed.
- Signature Coordination – Ensure contracts are signed and finalized by all relevant parties.
- Data & System Management – Maintain and update
- related information across internal systems. - Document Handling – Archive agreements and related documentation in compliance with company policies.
- Legal & Compliance Collaboration – Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure contracts meet regulations.
- Stakeholder Support – Assist account managers, consultants, suppliers, and clients with contract inquiries and system access.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Collaborate with other teams within the Group to optimize contract processes.
- Reporting & Insights – Support
- related reporting and analysis.
The requirements include:
- At least 2 years of experience working with details in documents and databases.
- A natural flair for and motivation to work with people services, understanding the support role to others.
- High drive, initiative, persistence, and
- oriented mindset. - Strong discipline, organizational skills, outgoing personality, and good communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), CRM, and project management systems.
- Professional English communication skills.
