About The Role

As a CBRE Contract Support Analyst, you will provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications, and documentation consistent with internal and client requirements.

This role is part of the Contract Quality Management function, responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You’ll Do

1. Evaluate and administer agreements for contracted services, including preparing new contracts, renewals, and amendments.
2. Coordinate compliance procedures, facility maintenance, and landscaping requirements with vendors.
3. Identify safety, operational, and maintenance issues, and schedule support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.
4. Track vendor performance using established processes and systems, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
5. Assist with project management involving internal and external contributors and vendors.
6. Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.
7. Lead by example and model behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values.
8. Contribute to the quality of your work.
9. Work within standardized procedures to meet objectives and deadlines.
10. Communicate clearly, ask questions, and verify understanding.

What You’ll Need

1. Bachelor's Degree preferred, with up to 3 years of relevant experience; experience and education may be considered as an alternative.
2. Ability to apply existing procedures to solve standard problems.
3. Experience analyzing information and applying standard practices to make judgments.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
5. Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
