Your Tasks

• Interacting with and supporting operational activities for our Service teams and customers;
• Pre-processing and solving of customer requests (phone, email) via ticketing system;
• Work as operator under a shift schedule 24/7 operation of a 1st level control room for wind turbines;
• Planning and scheduled turbine remote actions based on requests;
• Work according to process description and work instructions;

• Centralized monitoring and control of wind turbines located in different parts of the world. This means that any issues or problems can be quickly identified and addressed, reducing downtime and increasing efficiency;
• Global control center can help optimize the performance of wind turbines by analyzing data from multiple sources. This information can be used to adjust the operation of the turbines to maximize energy production and minimize costs;
• Global control center can improve safety by providing
  - time monitoring of wind turbines and alerting operators to any potential hazards or malfunctions. This can help prevent accidents and ensure that the turbines are operating safely and efficiently;

Your Profile

• Lvl 4 or higher academic background in fields like Mechatronic, Electronic or similar;
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written;
• Excellent and genuine commitment to exceptional customer service;
• High attention to detail and ability to be self‑motivated;
• Proficient computer skills including use of various software programs;
• Service‑oriented manners as well as good communication skills;
