Job Description:
As a Performance Controller for Direct Materials Purchasing, you will support strategic and operational
- making by analyzing purchasing performance and providing actionable insights to management.
Your main tasks will include:
- Creation, analysis, and plausibility checks of year-to-date results and current forecasts
- Controlling and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region
- Target vs. actual comparisons, variance analysis and commenting
- Providing recommendations to management based on analytical findings
- Identification and monitoring of measures, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Continuous process and tool optimization, leveraging digitalization and lean management principles
Education
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Mathematics or other related area
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in controlling or other relevant functions (e. g. , purchasing or logistics)
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional and international teams
Know-how
- Strong controlling knowledge and understanding of financial performance processes
- Advanced IT skills, particularly in MS Office (Excel), SAP, and Power BI
- Experience with digital tools and lean management approaches is a plus
Languages
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- German is an advantage
