Job Description

• Lead the implementation of the Regional Finance strategy, encompassing
  - focused initiatives in Portugal.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director, and collaborate closely with other local departments.
• Oversee the annual business planning and forecasting processes for Portugal.
• Guarantee the accuracy of local financial records in alignment with local regulations.
• Oversee the process for the annual legal audit.
• Develop reports and presentations to guide the management of the Portuguese operations.
• Manage the monthly accounting close process and provide financial reports to the headquarters.
• Contribute to ad hoc analyses for business expansions, acquisitions, and the integration of new entities.
• Evaluate investment proposals and oversee the preparation of investment approval requests.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Finance, Management, Accounting or similar areas.
• 3 years experience as a Financial Specialist/Controller.
• Certified Accountant - mandatory.
• Background in industrial or logistics operations is important.
• Great analytical and

• Team player with a
  - on approach.
• Fluent in English.
• Good ERP knowledge.
