Our Business Area Roof is the global market leader for sunroofs, panoramic roofs, and convertible roofs, offering roof solutions with true added value. As roof specialists, we also provide customized and innovative solutions that meet the highest quality standards for electric mobility, the future of autonomous driving, and the use of solar energy.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Financial Forecasting & Analysis

• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning
• Analyze variances and provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure financial reporting aligns with IFRS and local GAAP requirements
• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of statutory accounts
• Lead interactions with external auditors and accounting consultants, ensuring timely and accurate audit processes
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and analysis

Controlling & Process Optimization

• Monitor and control WBS cost centers and functional area budgets
• Design, updating and maintenance of the charging model
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements for WBS Lisbon legal entity
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to enhance financial transparency

Systems & Tools

• Utilize SAP (FI/CO modules) for financial data extraction, reporting, and analysis
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models for forecasting and scenario planning
• Create impactful presentations in Power
  Point to communicate financial performance

Strategic Support

• Apply critical thinking to evaluate business cases and investment proposals
• Support strategic initiatives with financial modeling and risk assessment
• Act as a finance business partner to GBS service lines and operational teams

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance roles within multinational or WBS
• Strong experience with SAP FI/CO modules
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros); professional Power
  Point)
• Solid understanding and application of both IFRS and local GAAP standards
• Proven track record in P&L, B/S, and cash flow forecasting
• Strong analytical mindset with
  - solving capabilities
• Ability to present financial data clearly to
  - financial audiences
• Experience leading audits and managing external accounting relationships
