OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To reinforce the team of our Controlling Department, we are looking for a junior professional who could work on our facilities in Vila Nova de Famalicão.

Function description

• Support the organization of Controlling Department;
  
  
  
  
• Supportproject teams in the relationship with the accounting services.
• Analyse and control daily/ monthly financial data;
  
  
  
  
• Assistspreparation of financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually), meeting the company deadlines;
  
  
  
  
• Facilitate the analysis of the results (monthly profit/loss statement): Accuracy of data;
  
  
  
  Build files to prepare deviation analysis.

PERSONAL PROFILE

• Master and professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field;
  
  
  
  
• Between1 and2 year of audit in Big 4 company.
• A good knowledge in understanding the Balance sheet, P&L and Cash Flow statements;
  
  
  
  
• Experience using SAP S/4 HANA System and other accounting programs or equivalent will be an advantage;
  
  
  
  
• Advanced level of excel and query training;
  
  
  
  
• Advanced level of English, written and spoken, is mandatory - German will be an advantage;
  
  
  
  
• Good analytical skills;
  
  
  
  
• Abilityto solve problems and communicate at all levels.
