As a Controlling and Collection Specialist in our International Intermediary Business (B2P) team, you’ll take ownership of collection processes, performance analysis, and billing operations in a dynamic, international environment.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external business partners to ensure transparency, accuracy, and continuous process improvement in this field.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Resolve past due accounts directly with international intermediary business partners after
  - analysis, in collaboration with receivables management, customer service, and support teams.
• Monitor processes and KPIs continuously; contribute data for reporting to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Evaluate relevant data from billing processes (e. g. , partner incentives) and manage related billing activities.
• Ensure data quality, identify errors, and implement corrective measures.
• Connect stakeholders, extract
  - level information, and provide insights for management and commercial teams.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Several years of experience in Collections, Analytics, or Controlling.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; understanding of SQL; SAP and VBA are a plus.
• Solution-oriented, analytical, and
  - critical thinking.
• Structured, independent, and reliable in deadline management; comfortable handling large data sets.
