Your mission will be…

• Record and monitor daily accounting transactions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Execute
  - end and
  - end closing routines, including accruals, deferrals, and real estate tax calculations;
• Stay updated on external accounting guidelines and drive compliance with real estate accounting principles;
• Assist partners in preparing accurate, reliable financial statements;
• Perform automated data reconciliations to enhance financial accuracy;
• Develop and deliver
  - quality, tailored reports that support strategic
  - making;
• Leverage new technologies and reporting systems (e. g. , SAP HANA, Power
  BI, Dashboards) to automate processes and improve efficiency;
• Handle critical queries, ensuring clear and accurate communication with real estate stakeholders;
• Gain a deep understanding of the corporate real estate business, working to streamline and enhance financial processes;
  
  

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar or related function;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!);
• Willingness to travel occasionally, if required;
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Strong analytical,
  - solving, and communication skills;
• A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.
