We are currently looking for a new member for the
Risk Management
team to join us in the position of
Controlling Risk Management
.

Working Place: Maia Offices

Requirements:

• Bachelor/Master in Management or Economics;
• Proactivity in performing tasks and interacting with other people and teams;
• Curiosity and enthusiasm in seeking solutions;
• Sense of responsibility and commitment to the results of the work performed;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Analytical skills;
• Excellent written communication skills;
• Proficiency in the use of computer tools.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports on Sierra IG and Collective Investment Undertakings (CIUs) under management, related to the Risk Management function, with company activity, CMVM, Depositaries, Financing Banks, and Investors;
• Participate in the control tasks for Sierra IG and CII monthly account closings and respective budget control;
• Collaborate in the identification and assessment of risks associated with the activities of Sierra IG and CIIs under management, and support the continuous monitoring of identified risk factors and control measures implemented;
• Participate in the preparation of reports on transactions to be carried out from a risk management perspective;
• Participate in the preparation of liquidity stress tests for OICs under management;
• Participate in the preparation of OIC business plans and annual budgeting processes;
• Prepare analyses related to real estate investments;
• Participate in OIC development projects;
• Participate in Sierra IG's governance and internal control system development projects;
• Participate in the control of real estate asset valuation processes;
• Control processes related to contracts, purchase orders to suppliers, invoices, and bank guarantees.
