- Strong foundation in finance, with experience in financial analysis and reporting;

- Proficiency in interpreting financial statements and conducting market analysis;

- Develop and automate complex Excel models for employee incentive calculation and logic setup;

- Conduct
- depth P&L analysis to identify trends and insights;

- Analyze customer and vendor performance using financial metrics and KPIs;

- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Industrial Management, or similar fields;

- At least two years of experience in a similar role;

- Advanced Excel Skills, including VBA and macros, for data analysis and automation;

- Experience with BI tools (e. g. , SAP) for data visualization and reporting;

- Good command of English;

- High analytical skills;

- Ability to integrate into a dynamic team;

- Participation in challenging projects.
