About the Role:

We’re seeking dynamic Conversion and Retention Agents to join a
- paced,
- energy sales environment in the Capital Market and i
Gaming sectors. Your mission? Turn leads into clients and keep them engaged and trading.

Responsibilities:

Engage new leads, convert them into active clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Upsell and
- sell financial products or services

Provide
- level client support to boost retention

Meet and exceed KPIs in a
- driven setting

Native or fluent in English + one of the following: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.

1–2+ years’ experience in conversion/retention

Results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses

Ability to work under pressure in a
- driven team
