Your Opportunity

We aim to integrate a new talent into our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The Conveyor Software Activity Planner manages the Conveyor programming department's planning activities and coordinates the Software team. Their responsibility is to provide a clear view of workload, availability, and activity.

Your Mission

• Prepare and update the programming activity planning (workload)
• Plan appropriate resources to develop PLCs and HMIs programs, based on project timeline, specificity, and complexity
• Collect the necessary information to launch the programming activity by the programming team
• Ensure availability and completion of PLC and HMI programs for the requested delivery date
• Maintain close communication with ESL, PME, and SPM to gather project inputs
• Collect CTO team project release status to plan programming activities
• Update planning according to project scope modifications,
  - ons, or new requests
• Request Purchase Orders and Project Openings (via ASAP ERP Cost Collector) for Engineering Activities
• Prepare project
  - up meetings with Controlling to identify cost deviations and validate project closure

Your Profile

• Master's Degree or equivalent in a technical area
• Strong planning skills
• Proficient in office automation tools (Excel, Word, etc. )
• Ability to set priorities
• Excellent peer relationship skills
