The MIKUTA brand was founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens White, starting in 2017 with a small jewellery line, which later expanded to clothing in 2019. MIKUTA is a young, wild &
- inspired fashion brand for modern women with a glimpse of rock’n’roll. MIKUTA is currently one of the
- growing

- consumer brands in the fashion market.
Our team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal. We are working with seasonal collection cycles and plan to grow our product portfolio to over 400 items.

About The Job
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic,
- paced environments and has a strong passion for operations and business growth. You will lead key operational functions, from scaling logistics to enhancing customer experience and managing
- departmental projects. Your strategic mindset, leadership, and organizational skills will be vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting our
- term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with our Head of Customer Experience to enhance and optimize customer service processes.
- Collaborate with our Head of Logistics to scale operations and ensure compliance with
- border logistics regulations. - Manage
- departmental projects, including developing sustainable product lifecycles and pursuing certifications like B-Corp. - Support senior leadership on
- priority projects and initiatives requiring executive oversight.
About You
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken.
- A strategic thinker with a
- on approach, balancing
- picture vision with daily operations. - Experienced in logistics, customer experience, and operations management, with a passion for
- commerce. - Thrives in
- paced environments and excels at
- solving under pressure. - Collaborative, with excellent skills in working with senior leaders and
- functional teams. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Committed to continuous improvement and experienced in managing
- departmental projects.
