What will be your mission?
As Cook (M/F), you will be responsible for the preliminary preparation, the cooking process, plating or presentation of high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience.
What will you do?- Elaboration, conservation and organization of the
-
- place for each of the services, minimizing product losses. - Guarantee the presentation, quantity and quality of each dish of the service, based on the established standards.
- Check and control the proper storage of products, monitoring age and condition of all food items to rotate and maintain highest quality (FIFO).
- Reception, conservation and organization of the products of your departure.
- Maintain? a clean, neat and
- organized work area. - Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues.
- Awareness of departmental targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines (HACCP).
- At least 1-2 years experience as a Kitchen Assistant, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
- Vocational training on hospitality/F&B/kitchen.
- Fluency in local language is a must and knowledge of English is highly valuable.
- Ability to work on his/her own and as part of a team.
- Organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Customer service oriented.
- Focus on detail.
