Your role

We are seeking a dynamic Cook for our upcoming restaurant Almina in Cascais.

You will bring each dish to life, ensuring every plate that leaves the kitchen delights our guests and adds to their memorable experience. Your passion for quality, care for fresh ingredients, and commitment to maintaining the highest hygiene standards will inspire the team and ensure every guest feels the warmth and excellence of our kitchen.

Your Journey

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items as directed by the Head Chef.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and work according to safety standards.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking items as needed.

What Do You Bring To Your Trip

• Previous experience as a Cook in a
  - volume setting.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food safety procedures.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
