About Us:

We are rapidly expanding our hospitality group with two premium locations in the Algarve and more on the way. Join us to lead HR across our growing operations, shape company culture, and help build the teams that will drive our future success.

Your Mission:

- Oversee daily HR operations of approx. 40/50 staff: scheduling, attendance, payroll, and HR documentation.

- Recruitment & Onboarding: attract, hire, and train exceptional talent across all venues.

- Staff Development & Performance: design and implement training programs and SOPs, manage performance reviews, and mentor managers.

- Manager Support: guide leadership in team management, motivation, and conflict resolution.

- Culture & Engagement: foster a collaborative, inclusive, and
- performing work environment.

- Compliance & Policies: ensure full compliance with Portuguese labor law and company HR procedures.

- Lead HR Software Implementation: select, configure, and roll out a
- wide HR system to standardize processes, track performance, and streamline operations.

Who You Are:

3–5 years of HR experience in hospitality and F&B.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Deep knowledge of Portuguese labor law.

Proactive, organized, and
- oriented.

Experienced with HR software and digital tools, ideally implementing systems across multiple sites.
