Your Mission

Join our global Maintenance team and take ownership of the operational, financial, and contractual processes that keep our maintenance business running at
- class standards. You’ll connect Finance, Legal, and Operations to ensure contracts, data, and reporting are accurate, timely, and actionable – enabling better
- making and stronger customer value.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a global maintenance contract repository aligned to our booking structure
• Aggregate and validate monthly financial data (renewals, churn, gross margin)
• Build and manage a global maintenance log with renewal dates, SLAs, and key terms
• Coordinate contract reviews with Legal to ensure compliance with global standards
• Develop KPI dashboards and provide insights to leadership

What You Bring

• 4–6 years in commercial operations, contract administration, or finance (preferably software/subscription business)
• Strong understanding of maintenance revenue and cost allocation
• Proficiency in SAP, Salesforce, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc. )
• Excellent analytical skills, detail orientation, and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English, global mindset
