We provide bespoke services for the packing, crating, transport, installation, and storage of artworks on a national and international level. Working with museums, galleries, private collectors, auction houses, and institutions, we handle each piece with utmost care and discretion. Our dedicated team is committed to precision, professionalism, and preserving the integrity of every artwork we move.

Positive Objective

• Coordinate national and international fine art logistics services.
• Ensure that handling and transport follow conservation and security standards.
• Support clients throughout the entire fine art transport process, providing expert and personalized service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the coordination of art shipments.
• Plan and oversee all logistics operations related to fine art handling and transport.
• Liaise with museums, galleries, collectors, and art professionals regarding schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with packing teams, customs brokers, and transport partners.
• Ensure proper documentation, condition reports, and handling instructions are issued and followed.
• Organize international shipping, including airfreight and customs procedures.
• Create and manage invoices, including supplier invoice entries.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in logistics, art handling, or working with cultural institutions.
• Strong client service orientation and a meticulous approach to details.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Confidence when dealing with curators, institutions, or
  -
  - worth individuals.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in arts, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, art shipping, or related services.
• Valid work permit for Portugal (if applicable).
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What we Offer

• Annual gross salary: €21, 500
• Health insurance (partially subsidized)
• In-office work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
