MISSION OF THE POSITION:

Ensure production aligns with the defined production plan, respecting quantities, execution times, and established standards;

- Analyze daily KPIs and deviations, communicate issues, and propose solutions;

- Suggest improvements for processes and procedures within the area;

- Know and analyze all production KPIs, including efficiency, waste, overage, MOD cost, among others related to the department;

- Ensure compliance with production standards and create conditions for maintenance, hygiene, and cleaning plans/interventions;

- Guarantee the fulfillment of
- control tasks established, both in documentation and through IT systems;

- Master the weekly/shift/line production plan and associated MOD, anticipating and managing changes to minimize impacts and ensure profitability within quality, cleanliness, environmental, and safety parameters;

- Be responsible for meeting production ratios;

- Optimize resources, both material and human, focusing on maximum efficiency at the lowest cost while ensuring Safety and Quality;

- Ensure used materials comply with the defined standards and immediately report deviations to involved areas;

- Alert or communicate whenever malfunctions of equipment under responsibility are identified or suspected, especially critical aspects or risks related to productivity, quality, food safety, hygiene, safety, or environment;

- Conduct induction/training for new employees on processes, equipment operation, quality & food safety, safety, hygiene, & environment;

- Ensure interventions, whether changes in format, cleaning, or maintenance, follow defined procedures/instructions;

- Support the team by supervising work, motivating, listening, and fostering growth through recognition, positive feedback, or constructive points for improvement;

- Collaborate in identifying training needs for operators based on the competency matrix;

- Manage production human resources, including task allocation, absence control, and vacation scheduling;

- Participate in preparing documentation/reports related to the Production area.

Location: Mem Martins

Schedule: Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)

Experience: Prior experience, preferably in the food sector, and previous team management experience required.
