OBJECTIVES

Responsible for creating the final TV linear schedules for Portugal’s Entertainment & Factual channels, ensuring strong coordination with all stakeholders involved to deliver
- quality schedules on time, within guidelines, and in compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Deliver the channels' final TV linear schedules in Whats
ON, including secondary events (static & animated graphics) and other required elements, under the supervision of the Scheduling Manager.
Provide transmission reports to the Scheduling Manager when required.
Coordinate with Ad
Sales, Media Planning, Operations, Technical, Creative, and Programming teams to ensure smooth broadcast and delivery of the channels' linear plans.
Execute and interpret multiplatform media plans to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Review daily the makelist with the Scheduling Manager to ensure timely delivery of promos with correct messaging; monitor channels' output daily.
Analyze audience data and competitor activity to suggest programming tactics and improvements.
Double-check all
- air elements to prevent mistakes in key messaging.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Participate in team brainstorming for upcoming plans and campaigns.
Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure successful plan and schedule delivery.
Contribute creative ideas for continuous improvement of plans and schedules.
Ensure all sponsor commitments are executed as planned.
Collaborate with research teams for planning and
- analysis.

Required Experience and Skills:
