Coordinator, Scheduling, Media
OBJECTIVES
Responsible for creating the final TV linear schedules for Portugal’s Entertainment & Factual channels, ensuring strong coordination with all stakeholders involved to deliver
- quality schedules on time and within guidelines and local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the channels' final TV linear schedules in Whats
ON. - Include secondary events (static & animated graphics) and any other required elements on assigned logs under the supervision of the Scheduling Manager, following the defined strategy.
- Provide transmission reports to the Scheduling Manager when required.
- Coordinate with Ad
Sales, Media Planning, Operations, Technical, Creative, and Programming teams to ensure smooth broadcast/delivery of the channels' linear plans. - Execute and interpret multiplatform media plans to maximize the effectiveness of communication campaigns.
- Review the makelist regularly with guidance from the Scheduling Manager to ensure all promos are delivered on time with correct messaging; monitor the channels' output daily.
- Analyze daily audiences and other data to understand competitor and channel performance, suggesting programming tactics and improvements.
- Double-check all
- air elements to ensure accuracy of key messaging. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas for upcoming plans and campaigns.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure successful plan and schedule delivery within department timelines.
- Contribute creative ideas for the continuous improvement of plans and schedules.
- Ensure all sponsor commitments (owned media, synergies) are executed as planned.

- analysis.
