Mission:
The Copywriter will be a key member of the Brand Marketing Department and will play a central role in shaping and expressing Cariuma’s voice across all platforms. From storytelling around our products and purpose to crafting impactful campaigns and creator collaborations, this role ensures that every word reflects our values and deepens our brand connection with communities globally.
Reporting directly to the Creative Operations Lead, you will collaborate
- functionally to write, refine, and elevate copy that drives brand love, engagement, and consistency across touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop compelling,
- brand copy across multiple channels — including product marketing, brand campaigns, email, paid media, social, and influencer activations
- Craft copy for brand storytelling moments, from athlete and ambassador spotlights to
- led features
- Collaborate with the creative team to concept and execute brand campaigns with a strong, consistent voice
- Support influencer and ambassador partnerships with messaging frameworks, briefs, and social copy
- Partner with the
- commerce and product teams to ensure clarity and alignment in product descriptions and PDPs
- Work closely with our external brand/creative agencies and internal teams to develop engaging content and copies tailored to
- specific best practices
- Help maintain and evolve Cariuma’s tone of voice guidelines to ensure brand consistency across global markets
- Monitor content performance and support ongoing optimization based on data and insights
Your Story:
- 3–5 years of experience in copywriting, brand communications, or content strategy (ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or
- driven brands)
- A strong portfolio that showcases a range of brand storytelling, campaign work, and product copy
- Deep understanding of brand voice, tone, and audience engagement across different media channels
- Collaborative and comfortable working in
- functional teams in a
- paced, creative environment
- Strategic thinker with a strong attention to detail and a love for clean, clear writing
- Passionate about storytelling, community, and building
- led brands — especially within skate and surf lifestyle communities
- Native-level proficiency in English
- An explorer mindset
- Bonus: experience working with
- first brands or global content teams
