Responsibilities:

• Be a part of the Cellular core implementation team.
• Perform service/system testing, data collection, and optimization as required.
• Proactively monitor network elements’ KPI/alarms and analyze network performance.
• Handle and analyze trouble tickets, providing solutions when necessary.
• Create and maintain network system documentation.
• Manage operational tasks and requests.
• Provide
  - call 24x7 support on a rotating basis.

Requirements:

• Complete familiarity with MNO/MVNO structure and flows for Voice, SMS, and Data scenarios.
• Strong understanding of 3GPP standards across 2G/3G/4G and 5G, including Diameter/Radius, MAP & Camel, GTP / GTP-C, SIP / IMS, SMPP.
• Experience analyzing network flows using raw data (traces/PCAP/etc. ).
• Understanding roaming processes and procedures, including IR. 21, IREG / TADIG testing, and IPX operations.
• Ability to design, scale, and integrate network elements into live networks.
• Hands-on experience with network element integration (SCTP, SIP trunk, SMPP).
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting roaming interfaces (S6a, S10, S8, CAMEL, MAP).
• At least 5 years of practical experience as a core engineer.
• Working knowledge of APIs and basic scripting (Python or similar).
• Familiarity with automated deployment tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or K8s.
• Knowledge of Open
  Shift system administration and cloud technologies (AWS, VMware) is a plus.
• Knowledge of IP switching and routing protocols is a plus.
