Corporate Actions Account Manager
About the Job
The Corporate Actions Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships with BNP Paribas, safeguarding assets, and overseeing corporate actions events. The role ensures
- quality service by handling RFPs, onboarding processes, and providing support throughout the lifecycle of corporate events.
Your Main Activities Are
- Control and manage client instructions for corporate actions events within established service level agreements (SLA) or delivery (SLD).
- Process and forward late instructions to relevant teams, tracking them until completion.
- Reach out and communicate with relevant teams to clarify and resolve issues affecting instruction processes.
- Resolve incoming queries, providing timely acknowledgments per SLA and detailed responses based on established criteria.
- Provide accurate, detailed information for complex operations and log all queries in the correct tools for analysis.
- Maintain updated client details in all necessary tools and contact databases.
- Prepare due diligence visit (DDV) presentations and participate in client calls and visits.
- Ensure all assigned procedures are kept current, reflecting market, service, product changes, and risk factors.
- Develop knowledge of markets, financial instruments, and market changes through regular information sourcing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes, proposing and defining improvement projects.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades, documenting detected evolutions with client and supervisory input.
Profile And Skills to Success
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Literature, or Languages.
- Up to 2 years of professional experience in banking, financial operations, or customer management.
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Great team spirit and ability to transfer knowledge.
- Client-focused mindset with responsiveness and service quality orientation.
- Aptitude for managing pressure and adapting to changing priorities.
