Your Main Activities

• Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures.
• Guarantee the four‑eyes checking principle whenever necessary and without any exception.
• Provide accurate and detailed information to clients and service partners regarding Corporate Actions and Income events, supporting clients and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Manage all queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools, enabling statistical analysis of activity.
• Keep procedures updated continuously, accounting for market changes, service and product updates, or potential risk factors.
• Develop knowledge of markets, their changes and financial instruments by regularly consulting information sources (market updates, client updates, announcements, etc. ).
• Contribute to service delivery improvement and client satisfaction by sharing process enhancements where applicable.

Profile and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient with Office and Back Office referential data tools.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Team‑work oriented.
• Client‑focused mindset.

• The Corporate Action/Income team handles booking of corporate actions/income events on securities and funds for client portfolios.
