Why are we recruiting
The Head of Global Financial Planning & Analysis is looking for a Corporate Controller to support in all reports and analysis for Senior Unilabs Management. The support of functions such as Commercial, Operations, Finance, HR and Legal & Compliance will consist of the monitoring of their costs. Also, Unilabs has engaged into an ambitious Transformation program impacting the
- term course and organization of these functions. The Corporate Controller will support the Transformation workstreams and the Unilabs Transformation Office. The Transformation Office ensures our strategic initiatives are synchronised to enable the execution of our corporate strategy.
THE ROLE
The Corporate Controller is part of the FP&A team. He supports all functions, driving focus on cost controls and financial performance across Unilabs, providing insights and modelling financial impacts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the monthly internal reporting and closing processes, budgeting, forecasting and
- term / scenario planning processes
- Participate to the modelling of business cases to calculate ROI of the Transformation initiatives in all workstreams
- Produce Corporate MD&A (Management Discussion & Analysis) deck and participate to the preparation of the Headquarter MD&A for the project part
- Prepare monthly reports on Actuals vs Forecast, Budget to Unilabs function Leaders and Heads of Transformation workstreams
- Ensure data consolidation is accurate
- Create and present relevant and insightful dashboards
- Focus on continuous process and reporting improvement
- Other duties including ad hoc requests and special projects as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
- Proficient skills with Excel and other MS Office programs, solid experience with consolidation and ERP systems
- Strong ability to analyse and interpret financial data for performance analysis
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and motivation to drive continuous performance within the Headquarter and the functions
- Excellent communicator and team player with the ability to work in an international,
- functional environment
- University or equivalent degree with a major in Finance and Accounting
- English: fluent written and spoken
