THE ROLE
As Indie Campers Corporate Finance Analyst, you will be part of Corporate Finance team and share the responsibility for funding the business for all its operational and investment needs.
Reporting directly to the Director Corporate Finance, this role gives you a fantastic exposure to the company's business model, funding and cashflow management strategy together with the opportunity to work and interact with financial teams and operations /assets teams.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Prepare cash flow models and project the cash flow needs for the next 18 months.
- Participate in the creation of the 5Y business plan for the company, including new business units to be created.
- Actively engage on fundraising process – strategy, decision and execution:
- Actively engage on Debt restructure, new debt and management of current debt
- Participate in Incentives, Tax Credits and subsidising financing
- Participate in Special funding fleet projects & Equity fundraise investments
- Prepare reports for Board Meetings, Shareholders Meetings and other management meetings.
- Manage ongoing relationships with financial partners (banks, leasing companies, other partners).
- Create, structure and set up special financing projects with the strong collaboration of other departments.
