Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our client's unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.

Due to expanding business, the firm has openings to Curricular Internships to provide a first contact with the job market.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Candidate must be someone who has not yet completed their formal education.

Fluency in English at a proficient level. Previous
- time education taught in English is an advantage

Competency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Power
Point (advanced level)

Interest in the financial services industry and good awareness of the industry

SKILLS REQUIRED

Advanced technical and analytical skills in Corporate Finance

Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

Time management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work and think clearly under pressure

Self-motivation

Ability to work in
- paced environment

Flexible working approach

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct support to Associates on ad hoc client related projects

Daily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)

Handling

- day correspondence with clients and their representatives

Generating client facing presentations and
- books, data analysis and financial modelling
