The Corporate Finance Service Delivery Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in delivery, team leadership, and organizational development for activities supporting the Group headquarters departments.

Our client is a multinational service provider within the Technology sector, developing its Shared Service Centre.

Description

1. Oversee finance operations within the Shared Service Center, ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across all departments.
2. Lead, develop, and manage a
   - performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
3. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize and streamline processes.
4. Collaborate with the Managing Director to shape the vision and future direction of the finance function.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, encouraging innovation to enhance service delivery.
6. Support the integration of new services into the financial operations of the Shared Service Center.

Profile

• Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing finance teams, with proven leadership and delivery skills.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial management, SAP systems, and tools such as Power BI.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to inspire teams, driving success.
• Hands-on approach, willing to engage in operational details when needed.
• Exceptional
