As we expand into multiple markets with various brands and aim to secure top global providers, we are seeking a new team member to enhance our legal department.

This role reports to our Legal and Compliance Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage shareholder relationships and obligations
• Oversee company reporting and filing obligations
• Handle group restructures and mergers & acquisitions (M&A)
• Oversee tax advisory services for the group and shareholders
• Manage Group Digital Assets Protection Policy and Trademarks
• Assess tax impacts and strategies related to the group’s corporate structure and digital assets
• Update documentation and UBO information at Malta Business Registry and other relevant registries
• Advise on corporate restructuring when necessary
• Stay informed about developments in the remote gambling industry and contribute to strategic planning
• Administer corporate secretarial duties, maintain records, assist in board meetings, and ensure statutory compliance

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a legal team
• Experience in i
  Gaming is a plus
• Understanding of the i
  Gaming landscape is advantageous
• Business-oriented, practical, and commercially minded

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
