What You’ll Do
- Coordinate Service Assurance Backoffice activities supporting Enterprise Technical Service Management and incident resolution.
- Act as the enterprise interface for EBU, Engineering, and COPs, ensuring coordination across operational verticals.
- Handle bids and demand requirements highlighting operational needs.
- Manage E2E operations enterprise reporting and coordinate critical incidents and transversal problems.
- Escalate issues when necessary and utilize tools to enhance operational support abilities.
- Monitor SLA gatekeeping and report on service indicators.
- Provide detailed incident and problem status updates, including investigation progress and resolution strategies.
Who You Are
- Product owner for operational requirements in EBU projects.
- Incident manager with technical expertise in fixed, mobile, and TV solutions, supporting incident handling.
- Highly autonomous with strong organizational awareness.
- Capable of controlling enterprise service delivery through reporting.
Organizational skills and competencies include strategic process management, managing complex environments, team spirit, results focus, and customer service orientation.
Social skills include reliability, constructive communication, active listening, curiosity, and resilience.
Technical skills involve working under pressure, explaining technical issues to
- technical audiences, and knowledge of corporate service solutions.
