This leading contractor are seeking a QAQC Lead for a Hyperscale Data Center Project, A great opportunity to work for a market leading contractor with a fantastic reputation in the market who are experts in the delivery of mission critical projects. Responsibilities

• Planning and conducting quality audits and inspection to verify the implementation of quality control
• Ensuring that the company’s quality policies are understood, implemented, and maintained
  - site
• Generate project specific quality plans as per requirements
• Ensure that all subcontractors’ quality systems and plans are effective, acceptable and in accordance with our company policies
• Liaise with the client’s quality assurance and control representative to ensure all potential quality issues are fully resolved
• Supervises inspections, reports and the documentation issued by inspectors and collect and file the required Quality Records.
• Supervises the correct equipment calibration management activities.
• Coordinate Test Pack preparation and Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ Years’ experience in a similar role within a construction environment with experience in Commercial, Industrial, pharma, data centre type projects.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering
• Experienced in personnel management, staffing and scheduling
• Process driven and focuses on Quality Work Management Systems and Processes
