From our Sales & Marketing division for the Hospitality and MICE sector, we are looking for a Corporate Travel Agent for a leading events agency, to work with clients in the Pharma sector in Portugal.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Business Travel .
• Experience in implementing processes in an agency or working directly with pharma clients .
• Advanced level of Amadeus (a skills test will be conducted).
• Valuable: C1 level in English or other languages.
• Experience with CVENT .

Your responsibilities:

• Handle client requests and manage flights, hotels, and transfers .
• Implementation and management of travel processes for pharma clients, ensuring compliance with policies and specific protocols.
• Prepare and send quotes .
• Manage invoices and delivery notes in the billing system, handle prepayments to suppliers, and resolve any issues.
