Your contribution to something big:

• Manage a team of cost accounting controllers;
• Execute and coordinate SAP Cost Accounting Tasks (SAP CO, BW) during
  - end closing and business planning;
• Implement divisional cost accounting standards in SAP CO and BW;
• Coordinate reporting processes and perform financial analysis of business transactions in SAP;
• Develop specialist concepts for plant and public cost controlling, considering the requirements of the business unit and in cooperation with other units;
• Participate proactively in developing solutions for controlling and reporting needs in SAP CO and BI systems;
• Lead active change management during the implementation of concepts and process changes;
• Conduct key user training;
• Collaborate on the
  - wide implementation of SAP S/4HANA in the BT division;
• Continuously optimize and automate controlling processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, management, accounting, or a related field;
• At least 5 years of professional controlling experience in a manufacturing company, with a focus on SAP controlling process design and implementation;
• Strong analytical skills, resilience, and result orientation;
• Excellent team and communication skills;
• High IT affinity, with very good knowledge of SAP ERP 6. 0, including SAP CO, and ideally SAP MM, PP, and S/4HANA;
• Knowledge of BI systems such as SAP BW or IBM Planning Analytics is advantageous;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel; fluent in English;
• Team-oriented, dynamic, proactive, responsible, with strong analytical abilities;
• Excellent communication skills.
